Over 15 years ago, Lazy Shade started out as a simple wish for something more convenient to keep us cool in the Texas summer heat.   Fast-forward a few years and we had our first Lazy Shade in 2016. After multiple prototypes and innovative enhancements, Lazy Shade was officially made cool with its first patent in 2018. It was even cooler when it acquired its second patent in 2020.
