P4 Legacy, LLC (“P4”) warrants to the original purchaser at retail (the “Purchaser” or “you”) that the product manufactured by P4 (the “Product”) will be free from defects in workmanship and material appearing within the “Warranty Period” of one (1) year from the date of retail purchase. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from State to State.
Contact UsWARRANTY LIMITATIONS - This warranty applies only to the original consumer purchaser. This warranty does not cover any Product failure caused by abuse, intentional damage, or use of the Product in violation of P4’s instructions.
This warranty is void if the Product is used commercially, structurally altered, or subjected to stress beyond the physical limits of the materials used in body or components, or is damaged as a result of abnormal use. Fabric fading and normal wear and tear are not warranted.
P4 reserves the right to change the Product and design without incurring any obligation to incorporate such changes into already completed Products; Products repaired or replaced under this warranty may or may not incorporate such changes.
WARRANTY REMEDY - As the Purchaser’s exclusive remedy, and P4’s only responsibility, for any breach of the above warranty, P4 will either, at P4’s option, replace or repair the defective Product or Product component. As a condition to receiving the remedy, the Purchaser will be required to return the Product to P4 at the Purchaser’s expense and to pay for any necessary return freight for a repaired or replacement Product.
WARRANTY CLAIMS PROCESS - To make a claim under this warranty, the Purchaser must, within the Warranty Period, (a) obtain a Return Material Authorization (“RMA”) Form by contacting P4 at info@mylazyshade.com, and (b) return the defective Product with the completed RMA form and proof of purchase of the Product (including date of purchase) directly to P4 in the original box or adequate packaging, freight prepaid. There are no express warranties other than the warranty set forth in this document. ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THIS EXPRESS WARRANTY. Some States do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES, WHETHER FOR BREACH OF WARRANTY, BREACH OF CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE OR OTHER TORT, OR ON ANY STRICT LIABILITY THEORY, WILL P4 BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. Some States do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
